Since researching into the theme of Data, I was interested
in the idea of mapping. While looking further into the theme of mapping I was
really interested in the London tube maps due to the movement and direction it
involves; the tube mapping also started to develop a colour scheme for my
project, as I started looking specifically at certain tube lines and the
directional journey they take. I developed my research from the tube maps by sketch book drawing, mostly concentrating on mark making in linear forms.
